Head to the Ti Tree Racecourse for the biggest race day in Cooma. Held annually, on the first Saturday in December, with the main race being the 'Sundowners Cup' - named in honour of the movie 'The Sundowners' which was filmed in and around Cooma and Adaminaby in 1959.
One thousand locals were extras at the Ti Tree Racecourse when the race scene was filmed for the movie. Come and experience a great day out at the races.
2016 will be the 24th year of the Sundowner's Cup - come to the social event of the year!
A free bus service to the Races will leave Centennial Park at 11am to the Race Course and there will be two afternoon buses returning to Centennial Park at the end of the day
