Julaymba Restaurant and Gallery is established in a remarkable area where two World Heritage Areas meet and has a balcony terrace with lagoon view. The rainforest spirit inspires the lodge name and serving style at Daintree Eco Lodge, Julaymba being the local Kuku Yalanji word for river. Pure spring water from the property’s own pristine waterfall is used in food preparation and for diners to drink in their restaurant. Known for their tropical gourmet cuisine, many native ingredients are collected on the property adding authenticity to their culinary creations known as “spa cuisine featuring a native twist.”
