Your week with the group and guide starts on Monday morning, so you need to be in Melbourne by Sunday night at the latest
Landing a few days before? No worries! Your airport pickup is included for any time on any day, including before the tour. If you need extra nights accommodation then you can add that at the checkout or we can organise it any time before you arrive. Don’t worry, we’ve got you!

Day 2: Monday - Meet the Fam & Discover the City

You’ll get to know your new travel family first thing in the morning before we put you at total ease by organising your bank, phone number and tax file number. This means that you’re organised for life in Australia from the start!
After that it’s time for us to take you on a guided walking tour of Melbourne where you’ll learn why so many travellers love this incredibly diverse city.
We’ll end the day with a group Welcome Dinner along the iconic Yarra River in the heart of the city.

Day 3: Tuesday - Food, Drinks & Hidden Gems

‘Melbs’ is home to the Southern Hemisphere’s biggest open air market and it really is a treat for the senses.
After haggling a bargain and exploring the wonders of Queen Victoria Market’s many stalls, we will spend the afternoon in the most Melbourne way possible...
It feels like Melbourne has more food establishments than anywhere in the world so we think the best way to show you this is by taking you on an exclusive food and drink tour!
Not only do we fit a top secret inclusion into this day, we even manage a mini-tour of some of Melbourne’s most famous street-art spots. This is the most Melbourne day possible and our travellers love it each and every time!

Day 4: Wednesday - Road Trip: Beach, Wine & Penguins

It is time for our epic TWO DAY ROAD TRIP! We will be heading to Mornington Peninsula and Phillip Island, two of the most beautiful yet barely touched spots in Australia.
We’ll begin our journey with some much needed beach time before we take in some spectacular scenic viewpoints and taste some local wines from the area. From there the tunes are turned up as our road trip continues before we head into sunset to witness the smallest PENGUINS in the world emerge from the ocean and waddle across the beach. Yes, you read that right!
We will be staying overnight on Phillip Islandwhere you'll wake up to the sound of Australian wildlife.

Day 5: Thursday - Road Trip: Surf, Roos & Koalas

Australia is famous for its surf culture and today you’ll complete another Australian must do as you learn how to ride a wave.
This day includes a few hidden secrets along the way but all you really need to know is that today is the day you will get the chance to get up close to KOALAS and KANGAROOS. Another bucket list item ticked, two in one day!

Day 6: Friday - Work & Travel Help | St Kilda Beach

It is time to start thinking about what you’ll do next in Australia. In the morning we'll be having a presentation on EMPLOYMENT for everyone on a working holiday. We’ll cover absolutely everything before focusing on TRAVEL. We'll tell you everything you need to know about travelling this incredible country so you can make the most of your time on this side of the world.
October-March: Melbourne has many celebrated suburbs and St Kilda is as famous as they get. We’ll head to this quaint beach suburb taking in its iconic promenade, alfresco cafes and famous landmarks. The afternoon will be spent lazing on the beach and trying out paddle boarding.
April-September: Today we make our way to the Royal Botanic Gardens for an enriching and insightful Aboriginal Heritage Walk and Smoking Ceremony. For sunset we will journey up to the highest viewing platform in Australia; the incredible Eureka Skydeck.

Day 7: Saturday - Life Admin & Bar Crawl
